Leadership - EEAO is the only statewide organization in Oregon whose role is to promote and influence environmental education on national and statewide levels each day. EEAO initiates, leads and facilitates large-scale projects that advance innovation in environmental education.

 

Capacity Building - EEAO is the primary advocate cultivating sustainable funding resources and systemic solutions for environmental education programming.

 

Clearinghouse - EEAO is instrumental in strengthening local initiatives through statewide collaboration, creative partnerships, and a web-base searchable resource directory to connect classroom teachers with environmental education resources.
