Another recent accomplishment was the
launching of the EEAO Resource Directory. This online, searchable environmental
resources directory will serve as
Environmental Education Leaders (SOREEL) is a
collaborative network of Southern Oregon "out-of-the-classroom"
educators and educators-in-training.
EcoEd is the listserv for the Regional
Environmental Education Network
(REEN for short), a loosely associated group of environmental educators.
REEN began in the Portland-Vancouver Metro area, but now includes
educators from further afield in NW Oregon and SW Washington. The two
principal benefits of participating in REEN are attending the
irregularly scheduled meetings and sharing ideas and information on the
EcoEd listserv. Anyone with an interest in environmental education is
welcome to participate in either of these.
